The fifth collectible in the Three Ships special release series, this 11-year-old single malt whisky masterfully balances complexity and smoothness. It showcases the bold influence of seasoned Shiraz casks, which lend vibrant spice and fruity depth to complement the whisky’s peaty character.

Initially matured for 8 years in American oak barrels, the whisky spent an additional three years in Shiraz oak casks, where the warm South African climate accelerated maturation, delivering a whisky that feels remarkably mature and refined. Bottled at 51.4% ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A symphony of cherries, roasted nuts, Christmas fruit cake, smoky barbecued meat, and hints of orange.

Palate: Juicy and full-bodied, featuring plush red fruit, cloves, white pepper, liquorice, treacle, raisins, and a warm undercurrent of peat.

Finish: Warm and lingering, with subtle peat and a savoury smoothness that leaves a lasting impression.
