Tomatin Cask Strength is a powerful Highland single malt, matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled in 2015 at a robust 57.5% ABV, it delivers layers of sweet malt, rich dried fruit, and warm spice with a full-bodied finish. Limited release of 15,000 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Honeyed malt, dried fruit, and vanilla oak.
Palate: Rich sherry sweetness with spice and toffee.
Finish: Long, warming, and pleasantly oaky.
