Tomintoul 27 Year Old

A single malt from Speyside's Tomintoul distillery matured in casks made from American white oak and distilled in copper pot stills. The Tomintoul 27yo is now a discontinued expression and no longer forms part of Tomintoul’s range. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Rich and complex with aromas of honey, vanilla, and toasty oak. Hints of dried fruit, such as apricot and fig, along with subtle notes of spice and a touch of leather.

Palate: Smooth and elegant with flavors of ripe pear, toffee, and malt. The American white oak cask maturation imparts creamy vanilla and a gentle spice, with layers of rich fruit and a hint of nutty oak.

Finish: Long and warm, with lingering notes of dried fruit, honey, and a gentle spice.
