Waterford Organic Gaia 1.1 Edition

Waterford Organic Gaia 1.1 is the inaugural release in the Arcadian series, focusing on provenance and using organic Irish malted barley. Sourced from six Irish farms, this whisky emphasizes transparency and traceability. Distilled in 2016, it was aged for three years and nine months in a mix of premium oak casks and is bottled at 50% ABV without any additives, ensuring a completely natural product.

Nose: Orange zest, malty figs, and salted caramel.

Palate: Zesty pepper, cloves, cherries, butterscotch, and layers of spice.

Finish: Long, oily, and dry with a final touch of sweetness.
