Waterford Peated Cuvée Fumo is a heavily peated Irish single malt that revives the age-old tradition of drying barley over peat smoke, once common in rural Ireland until the mid-19th century. Crafted from barley peated at 55ppm and sourced from four Single Farm Origins, it blends two distinct harvests for depth and harmony. The result is a whisky that combines earthy, smoky heritage with the vibrant character of Irish barley. Bottled at 50% ABV

Nose: Rich, sweet hearthside peat with Demerara sugar, hessian, oyster shells, wet limestone, hemp, tar, peach skins, russeted apples, deep malt, and polished oak

Palate: Sweet heather honey and tablet with sackcloth, sea salt, pitch, charcoal, autumn hearth, hoisin sauce, warm hay, and savoury spices

Finish: Lingering lanolin with earthy hearthside turf
