Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich crème brûlée, ripe plums and blackberry tart, accompanied by aromatic cedar, gentle cigar ash and a balance of sweetness and dry oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with stewed fruits, black cherries, sherry sweetness, treacle tart and dark chocolate, developing notes of sweet hay and mature oak.

Finish: Clean and pleasantly dry, with lingering dark fruit, subtle spice and gentle oak.
