Crafted by Houston's very first legal whiskey distillery, Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey is made with a mash bill of 95% rye and delivers bold, spicy character with elegance. This Texas rye opens with rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and melted brown sugar, layered with pine and mint. On the palate, it’s both refreshing and spicy, with menthol, red apple skin, runny honey, and hints of tobacco. The finish lingers gently with fragrant spice and soft oak. Bottled at 45% ABV.
